Coaching Philosophy

I teach a possession-based game playing out of the back, combining through the middle and getting numbers up in the attack. Each of our players will be confident in 1v1 situations and have a sense of calmness about them to know they can handle the pressure from opposition. Teach players to be on field problem solvers. I believe every player at the youth level has an opportunity to be great. Any player who is willing to put high effort into this game can reach their soccer goals.

"Play simple, play confident, let them make mistakes. I believe in you. Let's go!"

Best Coaching Memory

My sons team won National Championship in Kansas he was 17 years old and it was amazing to watch the team transform from being middle of the road to playing at such high level with such confidence. I was lucky enough to be one of the coaches for this team and get to share and be part of that experience with him.
